Background:
Michèle Bellon has held a number of senior management positions in the French Energy Field over the past 40 years. Her last position was Chief Executive Officer of ERDF, the major French Electricity Distribution System Operator, from March 2010 to January 2014.

Before joining ERDF, Michèle Bellon was Deputy Managing Director and Managing Director of Dalkia International from 2001 to 2010. Dalkia, a common subsidiary of EDF and Veolia Environment, is the leader company for energy services in Europe. Dalkia International has been operating energy services contracts in 42 countries worldwide.

Prior to this, she has had various responsibilities at EDF, covering all fields in Energy generation and supply: engineering, operation, networks, commercial development, international activities, renewables, human resources. Amongst other, she was senior vice president of the Fuel Division in 2000-2001, senior vice president of Customer Branch in 1999-2000, and vice president of the HR Division from 1995 to 1999. She has also an experience of almost 20 years in Engineering and Construction Division (French Nuclear Program and Fossil fuel plants in different countries).

Michèle Bellon is considered as an independent Board member.
